Just to keep you guessing, we have recordings today from employment discrimination empdis227.mp3 and federal courts fedcts227.mp3.
This one isn't due to any technical errors, but because in complex litigation, there were CAFA oral arguments. So the recording probably wouldn't have been so helpful.
Ok, last week, Prof. Greene had some technical difficulty, and this week, it was my turn. Federal Courts did not get recorded today (the battery ran out), but you really didn't miss anything. This material (supplemental and removal jurisdiction) is described pretty well in Chemerinsky's book, and we didn't do anything but go through the rules.
Here is complex litigation complit225.mp3
and employment discrimination empdisc225.mp3
Here are recordings of class for Complex Litigation on Monday (complexlit218.mp3) and Wednesday (complexlit220.mp3)
And here they are for Federal Courts on Monday (fcts218.mp3) and Wednesday (fcts220.mp3)
Hope things are going well!
